I can show you how to help yourself during overwhelm and how to make the best decisions based on your core values.  My training allows me to approach coping from a number of angles (ie. physical symptoms, troubling thoughts/feelings, problem solving, psychological defenses, practical decisions). Together we carefully build a plan based on what you are needing.
