Here, I respond to your emotions, beliefs, and coping mechanisms.  This approach fosters healing and teaches you how to more effectively get your needs met.  We identify the origin of how your beliefs were formed, challenge unhealthy thinking, and take steps to break free of unhealthy patterns that cause distress.
