Before booking, you may wish to contact your insurance provider to confirm whether sessions with me are covered under your plan and which professional designation they require.

I am currently based in Alberta and was formerly based in Regina. I continue to provide online therapy to clients in Regina and throughout Saskatchewan, as well as across Alberta. 

I do not offer direct billing. You pay for your sessions directly, and I provide receipts that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement if your plan includes coverage for my services.
