I offer one-on-one support to adults 18+ seeking support for/healing after trauma, narcissistic abuse, emotional neglect, psychological/spiritual abuse, anxiety-related disorders, and OCD.

I also support those wanting to better navigate emotions, communicate effectively, and have healthier boundaries.

My approach involves compassion and a deep desire to understand what you are going through so I can best support you .

Together, we make a plan that you feel comfortable with. I am trained in a number of evidence-based therapies which allows me to offer you a variety options/ways of doing the work in a way that connects for you in a way that makes sense.

I offer spiritual support from an accepting Christian perspective for those who are interested.

It is important to me that you find the best support possible. This is why I offer a free 15-minute introductory call. This gives us a chance to meet and gain a sense of what our work together might be like (with no pressure to book).
